At Penwine Fashion, Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, tracking & more.
1. Order processing
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons (sales/festivals) processing may take longer. We will notify you by email if there is a delay.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
2. Shipping regions
- International orders may be subject to customs duties & import taxes — these are the recipient's responsibility.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.
3. Order tracking
After dispatch you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking number and link (when available). Use that tracking number on the courier's website to follow your package.
If tracking doesn't update within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate.
4. Shipping restrictions & returns to sender
- If an address is incomplete or incorrect and a shipment is returned to us, we will contact you — reshipment fees may apply.
- Oversized or fragile items may require special handling and extra charges.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders with addresses we cannot ship to.
5. Shipping delays
Delays can happen due to courier capacity, weather, or public holidays. If we expect a significant delay we will notify you via email.
6. Lost or damaged shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and refuse the delivery OR notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- For lost shipments we will work with the courier. Once the carrier confirms loss, we will either reship the items or issue a refund depending on stock availability.
