1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact.
  • Refund/Exchange will be processed after inspection of the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, hygiene products).
  • Used or damaged products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method or wallet.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or defective items.
  • Exchange requests depend on inventory availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  • Report damage or wrong product within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product.
  • A replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may apply for a return once delivered.
